Clock ticks as employers contemplate benefits under health law

Companies are considering changes to contain health care costs with less than a year before most of the Affordable Care Act kicks in, experts say. Strategies being considered include eliminating health coverage for retirees, increasing workers' premiums and putting new employees into more basic health plans. Large firms are less likely than smaller firms to make significant changes to their health coverage, experts say.
