New Whole Foods to include nutrition, healthy eating classes

Whole Foods Market plans to open a Lets Talk Food center in Midtown Detroit this month where customers can take courses in healthy eating, understanding food labels and resisting food cravings. The center also plans to launch a Healthy Eating Challenge program in February that will feature talks and demonstrations by local chefs, yoga instructors, physical trainers and medical officials.
