Harvard "Spam" Incident Leaves Applicants In The Dark

Between 75 and 100 students applying to Harvard University for early decision admission weren't notified of the school's decisions because America Online interpreted Harvard's e-mails as "spam." Harvard had decided to notify students via e-mail rather than through the mail after the anthrax crisis.
