Australia clears OTC sales of morning-after pill

New Year's Day brought the legalization of sales of Postinor-2, a morning-after contraceptive pill, without a prescription. Pharmacists, who earlier in the week said they might not be qualified to dispense the pills, now say they are equipped to deal with the ethical issues involved.
