Ad blocker's "acceptable" ad default causes rift

The popular Firefox add-on Adblock Plus has stirred anger among some users by modifying its program to bar all Internet ads and instead allow some ads determined not to be annoying. The developer says the previous all-out approach was hurting some smaller websites whose ad revenue took a hit.
