DRAM contract prices stabilized in late December

After falling for months, contract prices for DRAMs finally stabilized during the last two weeks of December, with the average selling price of DDR3 4GB memory modules settling in at $16.50, according to DRAMeXchange. The TrendForce research division also reported that DDR3 2GB modules sold for an average of $9.25 during that period.
