Marcellus states continue to compete for Shell's ethane cracker

West Virginia and Ohio are developing incentive packages in the hopes of securing a major ethane cracker to built by Royal Dutch Shell. West Virginia Commerce Secretary Keith Burdette is urging state lawmakers to pass a significant property tax reduction, while Ohio Gov. John Kasich is offering Shell a "comprehensive financial package" that has bipartisan support.
