Euromonitor analyst sees trend toward retail control

Michael Schaefer, head of consumer foodservice and soft drink research for Euromonitor, predicts more beverage companies will "take control of the consumer experience" with their own retail locations, following the lead of companies such as Starbucks, tea company Dilmah, and Mexican soft drink bottler FEMSA.
