Indian police learn languages for international event

An event known as Kumbh 2013 will draw visitors to Allahabad, India, and public-safety workers will be ready to assist visitors who speak English, Hindi and other regional tongues. Police officers will be placed strategically based on their foreign-language skills, but all will be ready with four basic responses -- "no," "yes," "sorry" and "thank you."
