Orlando airport invests in foreign-language speakers to aid travelers

Orlando International Airport in Florida has contracted with a company to hire 16 multilingual interpreters who speak 11 languages, including Arabic, Chinese, Moldavian and Ukrainian, to assist international travelers, who make up about 9% of the airport's customers. Interpreters work at information centers around the facility to provide information on topics such as the location of baggage claim and where travelers can find their pets.
