Debenhams finance chief resigns after another profit warning

Simon Herrick resigned as chief financial officer at UK department store chain Debenhams on Thursday, after the retailer issued a profit warning on lower-than-expected holiday sales. The warning was the second in Herrick's tenure as CFO. Director of Finance Neil Kennedy will fill the post on an interim basis as the company launches a search for a new permanent CFO.
