Indian carrier implements 2% fee for travel agents

Indian low-cost airline IndiGo said it will allow travel agents to collect a 2% transaction fee on each ticket sold; the fee will not apply to purchases made of the airline's website. The move follows a September order by India's Civil Aviation Secretary allowing airlines to include a transaction fee in fares.
