Oklahoma teacher sues for freedom of instruction

Linda K. Greenshields, a second grade science teacher, says she follows the mandates of the state's curriculum, but her school objects to her inquiry-based teaching methods, preferring modular-based science instruction, which she says is inferior. She filed a lawsuit, which claims she is subject to harassment and retaliation from her school.
