Study: More vitamin D could reduce cancer risk

Researchers say higher vitamin D intake could help lower the risk of certain cancers by 50%. The evidence is so strong that "public health action is needed," said Cedric Garland, a co-author of a study on vitamin D published in the American Journal of Public Health.
