Eco-friendly recommendations for New Orleans lost amid indecision

Better cooperation and resources are going to be needed to use eco-friendly considerations in rebuilding New Orleans, experts say. A plan from Washington, D.C.-based Urban Land Institute that included more green space was rejected by city officials, and the rally cry for green building continues to be lost amid the army of planners, housing groups and government officials.
