Biotech crops may help fight drought in Australia, minister says

Australian agriculture minister Tony Burke proposed further biotech crop farming as a possible solution to help farmers cope with the effects of climate change, particularly drought. "There's some answers that may well be provided through genetically modified crops in different parts of the country," he said.
