Survey: Hospitals wary of kidney donors found on Web sites

Some hospitals are reluctant to perform kidney transplants involving anonymous donors from Web sites because they say the donors may be more likely to have secretly paid for the kidneys, back out of the transplant or be psychologically unstable. One survey found 30% of transplant programs in the U.S. would consider donors solicited through media outlets or Web sites.
