What users want from CPG sites

More than two-thirds of online users have surfed the Web to read up on CPG brands, according to a survey by Prospectiv. The report also found 48% of those who seek out CPG brands online are looking for product information, 46% want coupons or other savings and 6% are seeking advice on how to use a product.
