Agents express mixed reactions to Carnival's decision

Carnival Corp.'s North American brands have decided to prohibit third parties, including travel agencies, from bidding on the cruise line's brand names as search-engine keywords. While some cruise sellers are disappointed with the move, others say it levels the playing field. Branded keywords have become increasingly expensive to bid on, so the move is not expected to affect very many agencies.
