Energy companies may suffer another setback in their bid to tap the Marcellus Shale formation in New York City's watershed. This comes after the Environmental Protection Agency expressed concern on the potential health effects of shale-gas drilling on the city's water supply. The agency has "serious reservations" over whether the process "is consistent with the vision of high-quality unfiltered water supply," an official said.
