Regulators are far behind in meeting Dodd-Frank deadlines

Regulators met only 51 of the 200 deadlines in 2011 for regulations that are part of the Dodd-Frank financial reform law, according to a report by Davis Polk. Just 21.5% of the requirements have become finalized rules. An additional 38.75% have become proposed rules. Nothing has been proposed for 39.75% of the rules that must be implemented.
