Regulators miss most deadlines for implementing Dodd-Frank

U.S. regulators have missed 200 deadlines for drafting rules mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act, according to a report by law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell. Regulatory agencies have met 51 deadlines, the report says.
