Dieters return to throwback weight-loss strategies

Dieters are returning to retro weight-loss strategies such as eating grapefruit, cottage cheese or cabbage soup, experts say. Brian Wansink of the Food and Brand Lab at Cornell University says the U.S. is "in a period of diet burnout" and that when trendy diets don't work, people go back to foods that worked in the past.
