Okla. city council is lukewarm on proposed streetcar route

Several members of the Oklahoma City City Council expressed disapproval of a streetcar route proposed by the transit subcommittee. Council members say they support having a streetcar but want alternate routes considered before the plan progresses. The streetcar is expected to cost $120 million and is part of a $777 million project.
