Manhattan's Casa Lever Italian restaurant has brought on Italian mixologist Cristina Bini to add new life and levity to its custom drink menu featuring unique ingredients and a playful spirit. Custom offerings include a Stones Martini that uses actual river rocks and the Buffalo 66 that is topped with fried spaghetti. "Drinking is something you do to play. I look at the traditions and turn them upside down," said Bini.
