Boeing union set for "fight of our lives," leader says

The machinists union in Washington state is prepared to vote on a contract that would keep Boeing's 777X work in the Puget Sound region, but that would include cuts to pensions and health care benefits. Boeing has threatened to relocate the 777X assembly out of state if the contract is rejected. "This is the fight of our lives," said Wilson Ferguson, a local union leader for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
