Report: Vancouver stadium roof collapse could have been prevented

Workers did not act quickly enough to prevent the deflation of the Teflon roof at the B.C. Place Stadium in Vancouver after a massive snowfall last winter, according to a new report. Workers on site could have increased the stadium's internal pressure, increased its internal temperature or gone into a full "snow melt mode" to prevent the incident, the report claims.
