The recently ended year was marked by an unexpected rebound, but there are still reasons for investors to remain cautious, Simon Nixon writes in a Wall Street Journal analysis. Sovereign risk problems, slow growth and potential asset-price corrections that could hurt bank balance sheets could all trip up the economic recovery. "While 2010 is unlikely to bring anything like this year's gut-wrenching volatility, investors shouldn't expect it all to be plain sailing," Nixon writes.
