Colorado drops minimum wage 3 cents an hour

Colorado is the first state to drop its minimum wage, from $7.28 to the federal level of $7.25. The state's minimum wage is tied to inflation, which accounts for the decrease. "Yeah, it's 3 cents an hour. But that 3 cents an hour adds up at the end of 12 months," one worker said.
