Column: Forget Pareto Principle, and do what works

Columnist Richard Earls says that the Pareto Principle, otherwise known as the 80/20 rule, may have its place but should not be a paralyzing force for travel agents. Earls offers some suggestions for boosting productivity, efficiency and agents' bottom lines. For example, he says, agents should focus on marketing efforts that have worked in the past.
