Nanotechnology has high potential for packaging

Nanotechnology has far-reaching potential for use in packaging, with possible applications including anti-counterfeit measures, intelligence packaging and barriers, according to Graham Moore, a PIRA consultant. But he adds that safety and supply issues will need to be addressed before the packaging community is likely to embrace the technology.
