Alex Aitken to create menu for Salcombe Harbour Hotel eatery

Alex Aitken, who operates The Jetty restaurant at the Christchurch Harbor Hotel in Christchurch in Dorset, England, will create the menu for the Salcombe Harbour Hotel, Restaurant & Spa, which is set to open this summer. The chef was awarded a Michelin star when he owned Le Poussin restaurant in Brockenhurst.
