Biofuels industry praises departing EPA administrator

When Lisa Jackson steps down as administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency later this month, the ethanol industry will lose a staunch supporter. Jackson has earned praise for several EPA decisions that have benefited the industry. "The Obama administration deserves great credit for approving the use of E15, denying waiver petitions [to change the RFS] and generally for moving the agenda for biofuels forward," said Renewable Fuels Association President and CEO Bob Dinneen.
