Texas campus boosts sustainability efforts

The University of Texas at Arlington is boosting its recycling and sustainability efforts in an effort to achieve green status for its new buildings. The campus's composting program used about 25 tons of leaves in a year that would have instead gone to landfills, and a custom-built "in-vessel" composter helps overcome odor problems.
