More children visit N.C. mobile clinic for basic care

More than 1,500 children in the Charlotte, N.C., area have received medical services from the Presbyterian Hospital Community Care Cruiser, a 40-foot mobile clinic that makes the rounds at eight sites. A nurse practitioner, registered nurse and other staff provide basic health care services and offer referrals to uninsured and underinsured children.
