Officials work to control bird flu outbreak in Indian district

Health officials have confirmed an outbreak of the bird flu in the Indian district of Pubung, after several dead chickens tested positive for the H5N1 strain. Culling operations have been ordered, and a ban on the sale and farming of poultry is in effect in the area.
