Canadian entrepreneur Kenneth Seville thought his recruiting business would take off once Xerox signed on as a customer, buying his logic that military reservists would make perfect employees. He launched his job board, Civiside.com, with "a ton of jobs" from the document giant, but not a single reservist sent an application. Experts say Seville needs to simplify and clean up the site, as well as add value for potential recruits by creating an online community.
