Massachusetts unveils first ocean-management map in U.S.

Massachusetts unveiled an ocean-management plan to regulate development in the state's coastal waters. The plan allows 266 wind turbines in the ocean, while establishing protected areas near Cape Cod. The comprehensive ocean-management map is the first of its kind in the U.S., according to state officials.
