Three Maine residents who have cerebral palsy and are between the ages of 26 and 33 are suing the state over their placement in nursing homes occupied mainly by elderly residents because the only state facility for young people with disabilities is full. "We have no age-appropriate settings aimed at fostering a normal social lifestyle. It does not seem right or fair," one of the men wrote on his Web site. Maine officials said they are reviewing the lawsuit.
