Alaska seeks residents' input for animal care guidelines

The Alaska State Veterinarian's office is holding a series of public meetings to get input from residents on new state animal care guidelines. "We want to make it clear and consistent for the average person on the street, and we want to make it reasonable and achievable," said assistant Alaska state veterinarian Jay Fuller.
