AT&T starts LTE in 11 new markets, including San Francisco, NYC

AT&T has launched its Long-Term Evolution service in 11 new markets today: New York City; San Francisco, Los Angeles, Oakland, San Diego and San Jose, Calif.; Chapel Hill and Raleigh, N.C.; Orlando, Fla.; Austin, Texas; and Phoenix. The telecom's LTE network is now up and running in 26 U.S. cities.
