Ill. city officials hope to be BNSF's largest site for rail classification

Officials in Galesburg, Ill., have been anticipating that BNSF's grade separation projects in the city may help it to become the site of the Class I's largest rail classification yard. "We are seeing significant business come to Galesburg. We are continuing to hire through 2011," said BNSF Assistant Terminal Superintendent John Abrahamson. "As the city of Galesburg grows, so does the Galesburg terminal."
