N.Y. school affected by Sandy thanks Pa. students with mural

Juniata Gap Elementary School in Altoona, Pa., later this week will unveil a mural from a New York school during its annual Day of the Arts event. Tangier Smith Elementary School in Mastic Beach, N.Y., gave Juniata Gap a mural to thank students for their kindness following 2012's Superstorm Sandy, when the Pennsylvania students gifted the school a mural called "The Phoenix."
