Online and mobile shopping surged during holiday season

Retailers with a digital component fared better this holiday season, according to analytics firm Euclid. Online and mobile dominated the season in terms of growth, with online sales up 10.3% for the quarter, according to IBM Digital Analytics Benchmark. Mobile transactions' share of online sales was up 46% from the previous year.
