Ryanair claims customer service is driving its growth

Ryanair credits its customer-friendly approach for the increase in flier numbers. The number of passengers rose 4% from December 2012 to December 2013. "More likely, the aggressive pricing undertaken ... has been the key driver of the passenger increase," said James Hollins, an Investec analyst.
