Diners at a new cafe in the heart of Milwaukee not only enjoy homemade breakfast and lunch, they support the restaurant's mission of employing veterans and training them to pursue careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry. "It's very rewarding. I love coming to work and making a difference," said Troop Cafe's chef Greg Bautista, who develops the menu, oversees operations and trains veterans. "I love bonding with the veterans and seeing them progress through the program."
