President Bush focuses attention on NCLB's impact

As the NCLB legislation marks its two-year anniversary this week, President Bush used a visit to Pierre Laclede Elementary School to trumpet the law's impact. He noted that since the law was enacted, the percentage of the St. Louis school's third-graders reading at grade level has jumped from 7% to 80%.
