Seattle named fittest city, Houston on the heavy side

Men's Fitness magazine has named Seattle as the nation's fittest city, ranking above places like Honolulu and Colorado Springs, Colo., due to high rates of exercise and low consumption of fast food. The non-scientific report compared 50 cities and looked at 14 factors, including the number of fast food restaurants per capita, amounts of TV viewing, air quality and the number of sporting goods stores and gyms. Houston fell at the opposite end of the scale, ranking as the nation's fattest city.
