Big high-tech players get religion on netbooks

The big players in the high-tech sector, according to this article, appear to be converging on one of the hottest items in the CE category: netbook computers. The latest trend apparently is for firms such as Hewlett-Packard to introduce their own model -- in HP's case, the new dv2 -- and provide it with souped-up innards -- operating chips from Advanced Micro Devices rather than Intel's Atom chip, which has been a netbook staple.
