Ledbetter case could get new life in Obama administration

Obama co-sponsored a bill to overturn the case during his time as a senator, and the case's plaintiff, Lilly M. Ledbetter, who accused her employer, Goodyear, of sex-based pay discrimination, campaigned on his behalf during his presidential run.
